We proudly serve buns from Turano Baking Co., a local Arizona bakery known for artisan bread.
Their buns are soft, fresh, and strong enough to hold our crispy chicken. As a result, every sandwich delivers the perfect bite.
Because they bake locally, the bread arrives fresh and ready to serve.
Fresh, Local Produce
We source most of our produce from farms around Tucson. This includes lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
Because of this, our ingredients stay fresh and full of flavor. In addition, shorter delivery times help preserve nutrients.
Signature Sauces and Dressings
Our sauces and dressings also rely on local ingredients.
For example, our house Tuxon sauce, coleslaw dressing, and lemon pepper seasoning all use locally sourced components. This ensures consistent quality and bold flavor.
We also use locally produced blue cheese dressing and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo sauce. Even small ingredients, like mayo and salt, come from nearby suppliers.
